🚤 Boater & Outdoor Notes:

• Boat lift is for center consoles under 28’ only.
  Flats boats and catamarans are NOT permitted.

• Proof of boat insurance, registration & liability waiver required prior to arrival.

• Kayak users born after 1984 must provide Florida Boater Safety Course certificate.

• Life jackets required while using kayaks.

🚗 Parking:

• Max of 2 vehicles + 1 boat/trailer

• No additional parking permitted

🐾 Pet Policy:

• 1 dog only (under 50 lbs) with prior approval

• $20/day pet fee applies

• Reduces total guest occupancy by 1 person

• Must be arranged and paid before check-in
