Welcome to the Pagitt House built in 1933 and interior completely restored and upgraded in 2025! Located on Elizabeth Street just steps to all the Key West Historic Seaport and Key West hot spots!
As you walk thru the white picket fence up the stairs to the Pagitt House you will see the covered and shady front porch that invites you to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Key West. It is a perfect place to people watch as they walk by.
With a spacious floorplan spread amongst two floors and HUGE rear pool & entertainment area, this home is great for family and friends to come and relax and enjoy Key West in their own private sanctuary.

NOTE: THIS PROPERTY DOES HAVE A SMALL PARKING SPACE LOCATED IN THE ALLEY OF THE HOME. IT WILL ONLY FIT A SMALL COMPACT CAR OR SINGLE GOLF CART. ANYTHING LARGER WILL NOT FIT AND NEED TO PARK ALONG THE ROAD IN A UNASSIGNED SPACE WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND AND ANYTHING METERED IS EXPENSIVE. BECAUSE OF THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINING ANY KIND OF VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION.
