The living room has a 65" flat-screen smart TV for you to stream your favorite applications, spacious sofa, end tables, lamps and sitting chair. A dining area for up to 4 guests inside or out completes the space.
Rear sliding doors can be opened fully letting the outside in and enhancing your space for perfect enjoyment year-round. The plunge pool is 7' x 12' and is perfect for dipping or relaxing. The pool is heated upon request in the winter months from November 15- May 15 (for additional charge). The pool deck has two loungers, outdoor table & chairs, sitting area and is surrounded with lush tropical foliage.
Additional outside amenities include off-street parking for up to 2 cars, a rare find in Old Town Key West!
The home is located just 2 blocks to the 1000 block of Duval Street, 3 blocks to the Southernmost Point, less than 1/2 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and 2 blocks from Truman Annex Waterfront Park.
