LOCATION: Located on Watson Street just 3 blocks from White Street Pier, Higgs Beach Park, Tennis/ Pickle Ball Courts. 6 Blocks to Duval St and 1 mile to the Key West Airport.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Suite - King bed, chest of drawers, Flat Screen ROKU TV.

Guest Suite- Queen bed, chest of drawers, closet.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom 1- Spa like bathroom with spacious shower, soaking tub, vanity, toilet and French doors that open to private patio.

Bathroom 2- Shower, vanity, toilet

LIVING SPACE: A beautifully detailed renovation combines old with new! Living room have vaulted open beam ceilings with dual ceiling fans to provide additional comfort. The living room has a sofa, 2 sitting chairs, lamps, 55” flat screen smart tv and is tastefully decorated.

The open floor plan combines living room with kitchen providing free flowing entertainment options.

KITCHEN: Custom kitchen with Quartz counters, stainless appliances, cabinetry, breakfast island and sun-filled breakfast nook overlooking the pool and gardens.

COMMON AREAS: Behind a locked gate are the 5 small cottages that make up this community. Walk down palm filled brick paths and be surrounded by mature florals and faunas that bloom throughout the year. These impeccably maintained grounds provide beautiful and relaxation.

POOL / HOT TUB: A large heated pool and hot tub are available to you for year round enjoyment. There are sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas for you to use while enjoying these amenities.

PRIVATE PATIO: A private patio with outdoor dining area, sitting chairs with ottoman's and outdoor gas grill are located on the side of the home. This is a private patio just for the unit and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea or to settle in and read a good book!

PARKING: Although parking is not assigned the road offers unrestricted parking along the street.

PETS: We love animals but unfortunately do not allow pets in our guest house.

GUEST AGE MINIMUM: Primary guest must be at least 30 years old and must be present for the stay.
