Located on the corner of Southard and Margaret Street just 4 blocks to the iconic Duval Street, 3 blocks to the Historic Seaport waterfront this home is the perfect location to walk or bike and enjoy the bustling Old Town of Key West.

Primary Bedroom - King size bed, large dresser, TV w/ Firestick, closet and ceiling fan.

Guest Suite- Queen size bed & dresser large windows offer great natural light.

BATHROOM:

A beautiful newly remodeled bathroom with large shower, vanity and towel storage area.

LIVING SPACE:

This Conch-style home has an open floor plan offering seemless interaction from living room to kitchen. Dividing the living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar with stools, beautiful Quartz countertops, stainless appliances, beautiful white cabinetry and is outfitted for dining for 6 persons. This home offers a range stove and convection microwave oven. (No standard oven)

The living room has a full size sofa, sitting chair, entertainment console with 50” TV W/ Firestick and large coffee table.

LAUNDRY:

A full size stackable washer & dryer can be found in the primary bedroom.

POOL:

A 12 x 15’ in-ground pool is the perfect place to spend the day. Heating is offered for additional charge in cooler months from November - April.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

A fully fenced corner lot with mature foliage and canopy trees offers plenty of privacy while spending your days outside. With hightop seating for 4, 2- sun loungers and rocking chairs this space is perfect for entertaining. Fire up the gas grill and cook your catch poolside!

PARKING:

This home does not have a designated parking space and is first come first serve along the streets surrounding the home in non-residential or metered spaces.

GUEST AGE MINIMUM:

Primary guests must be at least 30 years of age and must remain at the rental for the entire stay.

PET POLICY:

We love animals but this home is a pet free home, no pets please.
